Tequila Tutored Tasting with Eric Lorenz

October 28 @ 8pm and October 29 @7pm
Join us for an educational and entertaining tutored tasting seminar with Eric Lorenz, Canada’s National Tequila Examiner. Learn the difference between adulterated tequilas and 100% blue agave tequilas and enjoy sipping them like a fine Scotch or Cognac. Take a journey to the beautiful yet enigmatic blue agave landscape in the highlands, lowlands, and valleys of the tequila regions in the Mexican states of Jalisco, Nayarit, Guanajuato, Tamaulipas, & Michoacán. This seminar will connect you to the culture, history, and geography of tequila, other agave spirits, and Mexico itself – while also providing an educational foundation on the objective assessment of appearance, aromas, and taste. Plus, of course, you’ll get to sample these great tequila along the way.
typesAbout Eric Lorenz:
